Partner FAQs
How and when do partners get paid?
Payouts are initiated seven days after a successfully completed service, allowing time for disputes or refund claims. Your bank may take additional time to post the transfer.
What happens if I reject a reservation?
The booking is offered to another available partner. If no other partner is available, it is marked unfulfilled and cancelled, and the customer and support are notified to handle next steps.
Is there a contract or long-term lock-in?
There is no long-term subscription lock-in. Partners accept the Partner Services Agreement, which explains commissions, payouts, and operating responsibilities.
